If you are not happy with your purchase, we will give you a full refund of your payment. You must apply for a refund within seven working days from the date of receipt of our consultation reports or services. We send all the reports to your registered email id and the date you have received our reports will be treated as the date of service delivery.

You can send us an email at support@vedicology.com explaining why you choose to apply for a refund and one of our senior client relationship managers will reach out to you in two working days. Even post the conversation with our senior leadership team you decide to go ahead with the request for a refund please send us a mail confirmation on the same and we will process a complete refund of the amount you have paid us.

Please allow 14 days’ time for the amount to be processed and credited back to your credit card account or your bank account.
We shall issue a refund only to the remitter’s credit card or bank account depending on how the amount was credited to the Vedicology account.
